Each project begins with a brief walkthrough or guided review of the residence. Ownership or estate staff may indicate items for reallocation. Our team then reviews and approves select pieces suited for professional resale or charitable placement, managing collection and coordination with discretion and continuity throughout the entire process.

Select items are curated and prepared for reallocation through trusted resale and charitable channels. Each item is managed with discretion and care, extending its life and purpose while aligning with the client’s preferred outcome. Remaining items are thoughtfully addressed, ensuring suitable solutions for donation, recycling, or proper removal.

Upon completion, all sales and donations are documented, with proceeds directed according to the client’s instruction, whether remitted to ownership, forwarded to management, or contributed to a chosen charitable foundation. Each project concludes with the assurance that every item has been thoughtfully reintroduced to a new home or purpose, extending its value with integrity.
